I had been working with New West Lab for more than 7 years. Their works are excellent! I had received many excellent BruxZir Crowns from this lab. I had many of their crowns with perfect margin, good interproximal contacts, and good occlusion. Our patients like the Zirconia crowns a lot due to the longevity they can get from the high strength and high fracture resistance compare to their old porcelain crown. The lab had been able to follow my preferences and saved a lot of my chair time from adjustment. Their consistency in keeping the excellent quality is much appreciated. I always receive excellent customer service from New West Lab. They always answer their phone call with a smile. I highly recommend New West lab for any dentist that hasn't try them. I am sure you will feel so much more fun and rewarding doing dentistry!

I use New West for all of my night guards, zirconia crowns, and implant restorative. I am always pleasantly surprised with their esthetics, but if there ever is a problem, they work relentlessly to resolve it. An absolutely great lab, and competitively priced. Thank you for your years of service!
I have used New West for over 12 + years and never have I had and major concerns. The margins/contacts and all the things have been great and the best part is if it is not how you like it they will remake without question. This is my go to lab :)
