Dr.Desai is extremely attentive and addressed all of my concerns. She constantly checked in with me and ensured that I was comfortable. Not to mention, the view from the office is nice!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Desai and her staff. Their care, patience, compassion, and professionalism were outstanding. As a patient with anxiety, I felt truly listened to, respected, and comfortable throughout my visit. The front desk staff went above and beyond to clear up my insurance issues, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Desai and her team to anyone who is nervous about dental work—definitely a 5-star experience.
I was a patient here maybe 1 year ago. This place was under construction. My experience was far from great. There’s was no privacy. You can be sitting in the waiting area and can hear and see what the doctor and patient is doing. The rooms is small. The entire staff is rude and unprofessional, especially Front desk. 2 visits and never returned. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they was still calling hoping I had a change of heart. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I’m surprised reading some of the reviews. Sounds like discount service for reviews. This Dentistry is money hungry and would charge up your insurance doing unnecessary work.
Doctors Askari, Desai and Pandya are the most pleasant and professional dentists I have ever encountered. I have done three implants with them and have not had any issues whatsoever. If needed, I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
I was trying to book an appointment with Dr. Ali Askari, recommended by my orthodontist, but had a terrible experience with the office. I called multiple times, and several calls were hung up on immediately. When I finally reached someone, the staff was impatient, dismissive, and unprofessional. I canceled my appointment because of how rude the front desk was. Very disappointing.
