High Tech Eco-Friendly dental office. Established in 1990 to serve the greater Kansas City, Missouri area by Dr. Bill Busch, DMD, MAGD. Accepting new patients, and offering services of basic oral dental hygiene, root canals, cavities and teeth whitening. Dr. Tucker VanYperen joined the practice in July 2013. He is a graduate of Case Western University.

🌟🌟 DR.ANNA EVERSON 🌟🌟 ✨A long review — and still will not express what an amazing doctor she is ✨ ⬇️⬇️ Truly Incredible at What She Does ⬇️⬇️ Dr. Everson has saved me twice now, and after the first time, I knew I had found my dentist.🌠 This office opens at 6:30 am and that is a GAME CHANGER ⏰. Especially when your counting the seconds with a bad tooth overnight. This most recent visit with her was an emergency appointment after I cracked a lower molar (7 days after she fixed another tooth with an emergency root canal 🤦🏼♀️). During the appointment, she explained — in a way no one had before — how my bariatric surgery has likely played a role in the fast-moving gum-line cavities I’ve been struggling with. These type of cavities are fast moving, ugly, and have caused me 5 root canals just this year with little to no warning.That understanding meant more to me than she probably realizes.❤️🩹 At my first appointment, I wasn’t even able to identify which tooth was causing my pain, yet she knew almost immediately. She used a diagnostic technique I had never experienced and pinpointed it within seconds. She used a bite guard that was so comfortable and immediately eased my anxiety of wondering if I was holding my mouth open in the right position. In addition to that, I promise you I never even felt the numbing shots she gave me 💉. Every step of the process reflected a level of knowledge and precision that left a lasting impression on me. All of these tiny details that she probably does for her patients everyday changed my whole entire experience at the dentist office. Her assistants were just as wonderful. Having teeth that aren’t perfect comes with a lot of quiet embarrassment, but they created an environment where that simply didn’t exist. Nothing about the experience felt uncomfortable or exposing — only supportive and respectful. I left both days feeling grateful, understood, and confident in the care I had received. I actually felt hopeful about the future of my teeth for the first time EVER. Despite both visits being unexpected and requiring significant work, she never once made me feel like an inconvenience. I cannot express in words what that meant. Dr. Everson is truly a rare kind of dentist, and I feel fortunate to be under her care. If you find yourself considering NKC dental she is the one to ask for ❤️❤️ Christine at the front counter radiates light and I love seeing her when I walk in. She has been my saving grace twice at 6:30 in the morning 🌄 as I am begging her to get me on Dr. Everson's schedule 😂. I am so grateful for her patience 💙 Lauren helped me with financing 💰. Even with insurance, my root canals were happening faster than I was able to keep up with. She is incredibly knowledgeable about my insurance plan which helps with accurate copays, and when that doesn't cover it she will help you with financing options. This place is unlike any other and you will absolutely be seen, heard, and taken care of here. Pictures of the lobby speak for themselves ❤️🦷
First visit went great. The office is pristine and has a great atmosphere with amenities in the waiting room. The staff were inviting and friendly from the very beginning. The dental assistant talked me through the entire process and did a thorough first exam… they found small cavities that my previous dentist had missed despite regularly visiting. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a new dentist or a second opinion.
Love, love, love NKC Dental! I’ve been a patient for close to 10 years, and Dr. V and the staff are absolutely amazing. At my last visit, I accidentally arrived an hour early, and they still got me in before my scheduled time. They always take the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I 10/10 recommend their office. And if you need your teeth cleaned, ask for Dan! He’s awesome, down-to-earth, and always has me laughing.
This is such a fancy dentist! You feel like a super star just getting your teeth cleaned. The dentists are extremely professional and do a wonderful job. I’d recommend them specifically to people who are scared of the dentist or typically have pain when going to the dentist. They accommodate both of those extremely well.
If I could give 10 stars I would! I've been researching a new dentist in the area for months (I'm very type A and over- research everything :)) and finally landed on trying out NKC Dental in North KC and am I glad I did! My initial visit with them, Dr Dixon and his staff were amazing, did a very thorough exam and explained everything very clear. Their technology is top notch and I could actually see different 3D visuals of my teeth and gums as he stepped through what we were looking at. We created a treatment plan based off what my goals were. When I scheduled my follow up deep cleaning treatment, scheduling was out a few months for a hygienist BUT Dr. Dixon said he'd perform the cleaning himself, and got me in the NEXT DAY to start my treatment plan. I've never had a dentist do my actual cleaning before, but he didn't want me to have to wait. Him and his assistant made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, and was a fun environment PLUS, their chairs are massage chairs! Needless to say it was the most relaxed, painless dental experience of my life. Thank you NKC Dental for exceeding my expectations!
