Husband and I have been here 4 times now and all 4 visits it was 2-3 HOURS after set appointment time that we were even called back to a room. One tooth I had removed, that I wanted put under to have removed because of the tooth breaking, was just pulled and had issues for a month with it, then my husband just got one removed, he was put out for it but he is pulling broken tooth out of the hole weeks after it was removed.
I think they do a great job. I’ve had a tooth extracted before when I lived in Alabama and I recall it was very uncomfortable. I had a similar procedure done here and it was flawless. I must admit they are busy and getting scheduled can be difficult but good oral surgeons are always busy. They made me completely relaxed. A girl named Trish up front worked with me to help get me scheduled through a cancellation. The first visit was quick in and out just to confirm I wanted to be put under and to see the damage. The receptionist were busy but very courteous. I had the procedure done at 9:30 am and was out in 30 minutes and don’t remember a thing, didn’t feel any pain, was not all that woozy. After a brief nap I woke up feeling 80% better than before. The office is nice and clean. Both doctors are very professional and explain everything. I would highly recommend going here if this is the type of service that you need. They rate at the top in excellent service. I couldn’t be happier but would rather have kept my tooth to be honest but if it’d had to go this is the place. Thanks for a good experience for a very painful tooth fracture.
Dr. Noorbakhsh and his clinical staff are the best in town. The nurses and techs go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them for any procedure.
I saw Bobbit. He was even rough when numbing me. He was quick but very rough. He removed 2 wisdom teeth in 8 minutes. I had to remain awake for it bc I am pregnant (had to get removed due to repeat infections). Although he was not at all gentle, I didn't feel any pain at the time. He gets 4 stars bc I'm still not in pain the next day. However, if you are timid or if you have to be awake for your procedure, go somewhere else.
Wonderful place! They take care of you, albeit it's in a matter-of-fact way. The staff and Dr. Bobbit was all extremely nice during my wisdom teeth extraction process! Thank you, Dr. Bobbit and team!
