I'm new to this dentist in Norman.but I went last Monday! And I absolutely love the atmosphere! The people and the fact they place oldies music in there too before my time.it's all ages appropriate! And everyone there and the lady that cleaned my teeth made me fill right at home! And extremely comfortable! Especially with my first visit there as their customer, patient! And its an old traditional dentist too. Which makes it more interesting. Plus all the ladies and others there are extremely nice, friendly and very welcoming too. I feel like I've been going here for years! But I'm new! Thanks all y'all for making me feel welcome and for making me feel like family at this dentist! I'll be a regular permanent customer and patient now with y'all and no one else! I highly recommend to all my friends,family and anyone out there! You all are super duper fantastic! Thank you all! Look forward to having a wonderful experience with y'all again when I have my teeth done! Thanks sincerely Dakota! I even like the fact they give new patients a welcoming gift as well! Won't go to any other dentist in Norman or the city either! 👍🏻😁 had a cavity filled on Tuesday February 3rd of 2026 and Lin a lady at the dentist made me fill amazing! And was extremely nice and could talk about whatever! And had lots in coomon with her and other people there too! And Mandi at the front desk was awesome too! This was my first time going to this dentist. The front desk was extremely friendly, the hygienist, x-ray tech superb, and the Doctor was very kind. I was welcomed with whimsical drawings on my goody bag 😊, and healthy snacks on the way out. Think I found a new dental fam 🫶🏾
This dental office is the absolute best. My entire family loves it. Everyone there is warm and welcoming and down to earth. Patients are explained procedures clearly and given a lot of information and options throughout. Most of all, the doctors, assistants and hygienists all are so excellent at what they do and best of all, they have a fantastic sense of humor!
My experience with Norman Family Dentistry was nothing less then exceptional. The staff was friendly, professional, and informative to my specific dental needs. They gave me a sense of comfort through out the whole process. For that I am very appreciative and look forward to my future visits.
Service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Start to finish! Welcoming and enthusiastic demeanor on the phone when scheduling. Upon arriving to my appointment there were young children leaving their appointment in which the entire office chimed in with compliments and enthusiasm when mom shared her son’s Halloween costumes. The kids faces lit up and they were so excited to share! I was greeted by Trish who was friendly and personable while taking my x-rays. She greeted me with a lovely gift bag as a first time customer which included many goodies and surprises. Jennifer was my hygienist who shared her knowledge of information while cleaning my teeth and did an exceptional job!! Both ladies had such a warm and genuine bedside manner. Finally greeted by Dr. Berry who was lovely and kind, making me feel confident in my dental health with her commentary of my teeth. Absolutely fabulous staff, all around. This place is a true gem for it’s not often you experience superior service like this! Thinking about switching providers? Nows the time!!!
