My wife called ahead, and gave her insurance information, and asked if they accepted her insurance, and was told yes, so she scheduled to come in, and after all was done, they told her that they don’t accept her insurance, and forced her to have to pay about $300 right then, and that she would still owe around $1300. If they can’t be honest, and possibly lose business due to an insurance plan not being one that they cover, then everyone needs to be aware.
Really nice people, the staff are so sweet and Dr. Scott Renfrow treats you like he's always none you. He's told me the truth from day one. He explained everything so I could understand clearly. I'm about to have a lot of work done to my teeth so I'll know even more about how he does his job. I have no doubt it'll be perfect. I'm very comfortable with them.
Dr. Renfrow is probably the best in the business. Easily relatable and easily understood. Can’t really gripe about pricing, this industry is expensive. I have found that Renfow’s office has better upfront pricing than the others. Staff has been great and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!!!
I had a gum graft done by Dr. Renfrow in 2017 and that experience was smooth and painless. I go back once a year for my gums to be checked and their office staff had always been friendly and helpful. If I needed additional work done, I would be a repeat patient in a heartbeat. 10/10
Great dental care, but horrible transparency about costs. When I asked about costs, the reply was ," We don't do medical," so our additional bill was over 4 digits. The surgery went well, I would recommend them, but I recommend that you ask about what the out-the-door cost would be at a minimum.
