The staff was very friendly and Amie showed me through the entire office explaining the technology and machines. Everyone made me feel very welcome. My hygentist Catherina was gentle but thorough.My billing/insurance was well explained. The Dr. was very honest with me about priorities and I felt assured that the procedures were important and would be taken care of. My hats off to this dental office and all of its staff.
I had my teeth clean by Lisa who was very good. I also like Rhoda who works with Dr. Obholz. Her personality and accuracy gain my trust and make me very comfortable to get sane what my teeth need to be repaired. I am very happy to find them. I truly recommend the aesthetic and family dentistry of Washington if you are looking for the right dentist.
This is the best dentist! They always make me fee comfortable and welcome from the moment I step foot in the door. Lamika was so friendly and put me at ease throughout my appointment. I used to dread going to the dentist now, it’s no big deal.
Dr Obholz and her staff provide outstanding dental care. The office abides by all safety protocols during these unfortunate times, and as a patient, I couldn't be happier. Staff are polite, professional and easy to work with, especially with insurance questions. Would highly recommend Aesthetic and Family Dentistry without reservation.
Okay, it's never fun going to the dentist, but this team makes it the best possible experience. The moment you interact with the team, you feel like family - understanding, humor, friendship, and of course competency frames all that the team does. From scheduling, to the receptionist, to the billing team, you leave every exchange with a smile and confidence. Would like to specifically call our Dr Bassily, who has become my new favorite dentist ever. She brings competence and care together and even after three filings yesterday, I was happy (how is that possible?). The office accepts most insurance policies and has amazing pay as you go or in advance plans.
