Had oral surgery today with Pollak Bhatt DMD,MD so genuine great sense of humor he explained everything to me I appreciate you. Kept me informed with what was going on during surgery making sure I was ok. His assistant Miss B has a beautiful spirit and smile. I really enjoy the staff the reception at the front desk sweet lady also genuine definitely a people person, with a great personality.They really took care of me so professional. No long wait surgery went well did take long at all.
I never made it past the front staff, who were all rude to me during our brief interactions. My appointment was canceled without any explanation, just a few hours before it was scheduled. The same rude front desk person texted me asking for a callback, but on a 11-digit phone number. Then, they left me a voicemail with the wrong callback number. When I finally called them back, they didn’t offer any explanation or apologize for canceling my appointment so close to the time. I get that sometimes life happens, but there’s no need to be rude about it.
Went to get teeth removed and instantly was filled with care. Took a little minute to get me hooked up for the meds cause I little at edge with needles lol . But the employees made me feel comfortable and at the end just put on some chilling music to help me calm down. The process went very smoothly so smooth only thing i remember is coming home 😂 . 10/10 must recommend any tooth or teeth problems don’t hesitate to give them a call and schedule your appointment.
They fit me in for a quick tooth extraction. Upon arrival they took me back almost immediately and there was literally no more than 10min of waiting including waiting to get numb. Everybody was nice and professional. I even was asked what music I preferred to listen to. The extraction was quick and painless.
Had my wisdom teeth removed at this location, and everyone there was friendly. Can’t say I wasn’t nervous at first (your vitals don’t lie 😂) but soon enough I drifted off into the clouds, and then less than an hour later, I was ready to go home. My post op has been… suspiciously good?! I am 39 and was expecting a world of hurt. Instead, I’m 4 days into it and I’m almost fully healed. I can only attribute that to Dr. Bhatt’s ninja skills. He’s a fantastic surgeon. From the front desk ladies to the assistants and the doctor. You guys rock.
