I love this dentist office! They all are always so kind and willing to help with whatever you need. They always have a treat for my kids, they let them pick a balloon or choose something from their quarter machine. They listen when you tell them you aren't comfortable, they are understanding when there is any issue, and after telling them about bad experiences with previous dentists they showed us how the experiences should have been and made me and my family comfortable to have our teeth looked at. Again we Love this office!!
Dr. James Thomason, his dental assistants, all the hygienist and front office staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My mother, who has dementia, now sees Dr. Thomason & he is very patient w/ her. He is very good at talking to her about things that she did when she was younger, which she can recall quickly and he shows interest in her overall health, which most people don’t take the time to do. I also take in a developmentally disabled woman who had a multiple dental issues when she first started seeing Dr. Thomason. He And his entire staff were very patient and loving towards her during her procedures. Dr. Thomason and his dental assistance were very thorough in making sure that she was comfortable and pain free during each procedure. It was remarkable to witness their care and love for her. The dental hygienist took time in teaching about proper brushing and flossing of the teeth. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Thomason and his entire staff. When we walk in, they are so happy to see my mother and my dear friend, who has developmental disabilities. North Fork Dental Care is The BEST!
I'm so extremely Grateful for the entire staff at North Fork, Dental Care. They're beyond Professionals, they truly care about the patiences total well being. You're greeted with such kind warm smiles ready to help the moment you walk in or call the office. You and your family are made comfortable from the start to the finish. The North Fork Dental Office is Beautifully decorated and always immaculately kept. As a Child growing up in the 60s & 70s my sister's and I we're scared to death of the dentist and dentist office. I'm so Thankful my children and Grandchildren have never experience that kind of fear thanks to Dr. Thomason and his amazing staff at North Fork, Dental Care. The crew at North Fork are amazing. Always so friendly and fun to work with. They don't Nickel and Dime me or find a new crown (and not the queenly kind) everytime you visit. I've seriously had those. Dr Thomason is so awesome to work with 10 out of 10
The guys are great! They're incredibly nice and generous! All of their employees are super friendly and kind and truly want to get to know each of their customers. Our children came in and had cavities filled and they took such good care of them and catered to their every need. Needless to say we will be coming back yet!
