I went in today for a cleaning and had the most wonderful hygienist. Morgan was super nice and I felt totally comfortable being in her care. Our chat was very nice too. She made sure I was taken care of and it was overall a pleasant experience. Dr. Hampton was great as always and I appreciate how he gets checkups done in a timely manner while still showing care.
Honestly I’m so disappointed… Had an appointment today but had to cancel due to being sick. Wouldn’t want to get anyone sick the guy on the phone goes “will let it slide this time” like the heck do you mean dude this time. That does not leave a good impression on someone coming to your facility as a new patient I wouldn’t even be switching places but my dentist moved out of Iowa. Originally called the wrong place to cancel and ended up calling once I realized and then got this impression I am all about first impressions . Told him the same thing on the phone as I’m unaware of some cancellation fee maybe I should take this as a grain of salt but as my own siblings go here and had heard good things I may be reconsidering finding elsewhere only took me days of reading reviews to even think of giving this place a chance I think the receptionist ruined that.
I've been at going to this office for a number of years, and I continue to feel that it's not only the best dental office I've been to, but that it is the best business I've ever been to. Everyone here is a pro. Everyone here takes care of you and treats you fairly. The transparency is top tier. Dr. Nate recently fixed a cracked tooth for me, and he sat there with me and went through photographs that he took of my tooth, explaining everything that he was doing as he did it. I'm impressed, and I thought it was important to join the hundreds of reviews here in saying that this office deserves the praise it gets.
I was very impressed with the entire staff. From the super sweet gal who checked me in to the very nice hygienist to the awesome Dr. Hannah. I would highly recommend this practice.
I can’t say enough positive things about this office! I went in for my first time a few weeks ago and was very nervous because I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 20 years. Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. Dr. Hannah and Savannah are the best and they make going to the dentist easy and comfortable. I highly recommend them!
