This is definitely the best dental office I have ever been to. I've had some rough experiences in the past, but I don't think I'm going to need to worry about that anymore! Staff are all so kind, friendly, and professional. I'm not a talkative person, but I genuinely enjoyed talking to my dental hygienist. They even sent me a handwritten thank you card with a Starbucks gift card after my first appointment. Can't imagine going anywhere else!
I take care of my teeth and received regular dental care but was dissatisfied with my former dentist. He once spoke sharply to me and to one of his staff which didn’t sit well with me. I also felt as though I was moving through an assembly line while in his office. Upon a friend’s recommendation, I switched to North Idaho Dental Group and am very glad I did. It was discovered I had major problems with multiple teeth, none of which were found at my last exam with the previous dentist. I had FOUR (!!!!) decayed teeth, all needing treatment and new crowns. The work has since been mostly completed and I can’t say enough good things about the dentists (Drs Hatta Clark and Paige Landers) and staff (Tia and others) who’ve worked both on and with me. They are competent professionals, sensitive to my dental anxiety, and always patient and kind. Dental work is expensive. Insurance partially covered some of the work and I paid out-of-pocket for the rest. But even so I thought the cost of the work and crowns reasonable. My teeth feel good again and I hope to remain with this practice as long as they will have me.
Wow! What an incredible experience. Dr Gates was precise, calm and focused. His staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. Look forward to bringing my son in as he’s transitioning from a pediatric dentist office. Always can depend on a quality smile!
Upon entering the office, I was greeted very kindly. Showed up really early, so I didn't mind the wait. Dr. Clark was amazing, very kind, and honestly I was very impressed how quickly she worked. My dental assistant was fantastic as well, I am so sorry I forgot her name but I know it started with a "T". Majority of everyone I came in contact with was very kind. When I was checking out at the front desk I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling that I received when I entered the building. Kinda felt like I did something wrong, who knows maybe they were having a bad day. I won't take it personally. I was a little disappointed I did not receive post-op instructions.
This is the best dental office I have ever been to! The experience is so nice it feels like a dental boutique. Riley was so friendly and did such an amazing and thorough job during my cleaning. She was very easy to talk to and the appointment went very quickly! Dr Landers was great and made sure to review everything with me. The appointment happened right on time and was very punctual. This is my new dental office long term, thank you!!
