Patient Reviews
Powered by GoogleThe entire staff were welcoming and pleasant. The dental assistant LaShanda was so compassionate and was a big help to calm my nerves. Dr Sabino made my experience very smooth. He was patient with me and I really enjoyed my visit there. He will be my dentist for now on.
I visited this dental office as a walk-in and unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience. The front desk staff member with blonde hair was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Instead of simply gathering my information, she attempted to diagnose my issue before I was even seen by the doctor, which felt inappropriate and dismissive. A dental office should provide a warm and respectful first impression, especially at the front desk. Patients who walk in are often already uncomfortable or in pain, and kindness goes a long way. After I tried to explain my concerns and did not agree with her assessment, I was told that the doctor would not be able to see me. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this office to others. I hope management considers additional customer service training to improve the patient experience.
I love this place. The Dr.and receptionist are great I was greeted with love. They took good care of me from the moment I walked in the door. If I could I would recommend everyone in the world to give them a try. I'm done looking for a dentist 🦷 I've found the best
I was greeted/ spoken by everyone as soon as I walked in ,an immediately my anxiety left, from the time I got my x-rays to my exam, I felt great about coming back all the way home ,very nice staff, including the person being trained ....5 more stars to NJCD Dunn ave.
On my most recent visit, the staff spoke to me very little. Making me feel not included in my own appointment. At one point I turn the TV off because that is a sensory distraction to me and the technician seemed to be mad at me, I said "I'm sorry I did not know it was for you". She was more concerned about the next patient being able to watch TV, apparently. It didn't matter that it gave ME an adverse sensory experience to an already stressful procedure. They also did not use an apron or discuss the use or not a use of an apron during my x-ray. Anyhow, I guess the office staff sent me a text wanting me to review the appointment. I feel like they should've asked me while I was there.
