About the Practice
Chicago cosmetic dentist, Dr. William J. Couvelis is dedicated to providing you with a beautiful and healthy smile. Our dental practice is centrally located in the heart of downtown Chicago near Navy Pier. Our office is on E. Illinois above Fox & OBel grocery store right off of Lake Shore Drive. We are just three blocks East of Michigan Avenue. We serve all of River North, IL.

Maybe they’re great at providing dental care!! But scheduling new patient exam is disappointing. The manager is impatient when taking info as if I’m a first grader. I’ve been at different clinics and the customer service in this clinic is really annoying.
I highly recommend this dental practice. You can trust that their recommendations for dental work are based on true need and their priority is to protect and maintain your natural teeth. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to anyone!!

I can't say enough great things about North Pier Dental Associates! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire staff is warm, professional, and truly goes the extra mile to make you feel at ease…which says a lot for me, since I am a total baby when it comes to being at the dentist. A special shoutout to Miranda, the hygienist-extraordinaire, who was incredibly kind and patient throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and was just an absolute joy to talk to. Her gentle touch and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. And Dr. Couvelis, what a cool dude! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but he was also charming and genuinely funny, which helped put me completely at ease. His great sense of humor, combined with his calm, reassuring demeanor, made the whole experience feel less clinical and much more personal. He listened to all my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients. I'm so grateful to have found this team. Thank you, North Pier Dental, for making my dental care experience so positive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental care with a personal touch!
