Absolute best dental experience. I can't imagine moving to a different group after this. Rhiana, Kong, and Maggie always make me feel so welcome. Dr. Swensen is a great guy. He listens, he explains things very well--thorough but succinct. He and Jess made a potentially rough project (my mouth) into an overall positive experience. I'm so grateful to the team. Highly recommend.
I have been with North Point dental for over 30 yrs. Current front desk staff are so caring and lovely to visit with. Currently seeing Dr Swensen who is so kind and caring. He talks to his clients as a family member. Lisa my dental hygienist is also caring and loving, she treats her clients as family members. This dental group is the most loving and kind people, everyone on the staff are amazing. I walk in and am treated like family. Kong is one of favorites. This group has helped me so much way above any other dental group. I am proud to be a client, I feel we are family. I have had issues with periodontal disease, implants, and other. They give me options A, B and C. I trust what they say! Thank you for all your support! I love North Point Dental. You can be sure you will be treated as family.
I came to see the team at North Point Dental after not seeing a dentist since the 90's. To say I had dental anxiety was an understatement! Everyone from the front desk, to the technician Jessica, Dr Swensen and Shannon my hygienist have been so kind. Never once making me feel bad for letting my dental hygiene go for so long. They took the time in the very first appointment to examine me at my comfort level. Never once making me feel bad. They gave me treatment plans according to my needs both for my dental and anxiety needs. I now can say I have zero anxiety issues going forward and they got me on the right track to having a healthy mouth that I'm proud of!
I’ve been coming to this dental office for over 15 years, and the consistency of care is unmatched. The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly makes you feel like part of their family. They take the time to explain everything and ensure you’re comfortable at every visit. It’s rare to find a place where you actually enjoy going to the dentist, but this is it.
Absolutely love them! They got me in right away, and when I went in for my appointment they really took the time explaining to me what was actully going on with my teeth. It seems like they really care about the patients and not about the money. I cant wait to contenue forward with them and get the best dental care out there!
