About the Practice
North Raleigh Periodontics and Implant Center, led by Dr. Macon Singletary, has cared for patients in Wake County and beyond for over 25 years. We provide a variety of periodontal services including guided implants, overdentures, fixed hybrids, implant repair, gum grafts, tori removal, frenectomies for lip and tongue ties, surgical extractions, bone grafts, crown lengthening, gingivectomies for "gummy smiles," laser-assisted sleep therapy (NightLase), laser-assisted regeneration therapy to save teeth and periodontal and dental cleanings with Airflow Therapy. Patients do not need a referral to see us. We focus on patient comfort and utilize the most advanced technology to promote oral and overall health.

A wonderful, caring place! I was petrified to go to the dentist. It had been 20 years since I had seen a dentist and my teeth were bad. Dr Singletary and his staff were amazing!!! They took me in like family and made me feel loved and cared for. Dr Singletary was so patient and gentle with me. I never once felt uncomfortable. Now my teeth are beautiful and I want to smile again!
I am a new patient to this practice. When I checked in the front office so welcoming and friendly to me that I felt right at home. Dr Singletary is just amazing. I have been to other periodontists, but I never had one that does his own exam personally doing the depth measurements himself. He made me very comfortable and confident in his exam. He noticed things details about my gums and teeth situation that I had not known before.
I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The first time I ever visited North Raleigh Periodontics I had scheduled other appointments back to back (really shouldn't have scheduled appointments so close). I informed the office that I was in a hurry. Instead of being irritated that I had scheduled an appointment so close to theirs, every single person including Dr Singletary bent over backwards to accommodate me. I have had more dental work in my life than I care to remember from many, many different dentists and other dental specialists. I have never been treated as well a I was/am at North Raleigh Periodontics. Oh, and their skill level? Dr. Singletary is the only provider that gave me any other solutions other than removing a tooth! I still have that tooth by the way and symptoms are improving! No need to go any where else, here's your sign- go to North Raleigh Periodontics and Implants!
I have been a patient of North Raleigh Periodontics for 26 years. Dr.Singletary and his staff are fantastic. I drive 45 miles one way to get to their office. I could go to another Doctor who is closer. However, they are not Dr. Singletary and his great staff.
Dr Singletary and his hygienist took great care of me. Explained what was happening and what needed to be done. Have decide to have Dr Singletary perform the work rather than my usual dentistry practice...just need to schedule the work!
