I only have positive things to say about this place! Dr. Hooe and his team are all so wonderful, caring, attentive and do the best possible job. I recently had my wisdom teeth taken out and my anatomy seemed a little more complex than the average person, but Dr. Hooe had great communication and educated me well, so I knew I was in great hands and could trust in his expertise. The office is also clean and cozy, and pricing was up front. Thank you North Sound, I appreciate you guys!
I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ryskalczyk about a week and a half ago. I had been pushing the procedure off for over a decade out of (irrational) fear of sedation/anesthesia, but finally decided to do it because I knew it was necessary because my lower teeth were so impacted and causing me issues. I am very glad I got the procedure done here and I really think the experience was the best I could have. The clinic is very comfortable, warm and inviting. The place itself as well as the staff. At the consultation, Dr. Ryskalczyk gave a very thorough and understandable explanation on the procedure and what it would look like for my specific case, he answered any questions I had, and reassured me about the sedation experience. The day of the surgery, the entire team made me feel safe and comfortable. Everybody was kind and reassuring, kept me informed step by step as they set me up to when I was given the iv, and even after as I was walked out of the building. The whole thing was done in under an hour. They made sure I was well-informed about after care and the healing process, and everything went as it should. I had no bruising, minimal swelling (it wasn't noticeable if you looked at me), and the pain was manageable with over the counter medicine. I must attribute that all to Dr. Ryskalczyk's skill at what he does as well as his team's. I would recommend anyone to come here for their wisdom teeth removal! I am grateful for having such a good experience after fearing this procedure for years
It's not possible to look forward to having any kind of oral surgery, but you always hope it will be performed as professionally (and quickly) as possible. Dr. Ryskalczyk and his staff did exactly that. I was well informed and the whole experience was performed with as much care and efficiency as it could possible have been done. I absolutely recommend using North Sound, as every aspect of the service was simple and professional.
My father was a patient here What impressed me is Patti phoned to check how he was doing after his tooth extraction. Then I needed the same procedure! So I didn't hesitate to make an appointment for myself. Everyone in the office helped to make feel comfortable 😌 Would highly recommend. this office Dr.Ryskalczyk and Mariah explained step by step what was happening!
I have severe anxiety when it comes to needles and surgery. When I needed to get my four wisdom teeth removed (some growing sideways/impacted), Dr. Ryskalczyk did an awesome job explaining the procedure and alleviating my concerns. Staff were very professional and caring. I just fell asleep and woke up immediately. Spent the next few days enjoying rest. Recovery went smoothly, with almost no discomfort following post op instructions. I feel healthier and grateful that I could get back to my life quickly. Highly recommend.
