I drove five hours to see Dr. Choi for an evaluation, and it was absolutely worth it. He spent a great deal of time with me, thoroughly explaining my condition and walking through all of my treatment options in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I never felt rushed and truly felt heard. Within an hour of leaving, I received a detailed treatment plan outlining each option and the associated costs, which I really appreciated. The entire office staff was kind, welcoming, and professional. I would absolutely make the drive again and highly recommend this office.
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Han and his entire team. He was incredibly professional and took the time to talk with both me and my son about every detail before the surgery, helping us feel completely informed and at ease. After the procedure, Dr. Han came to speak with us again to review everything and make sure we understood the next steps. He even encouraged us to text him or come in if we had any questions, which truly showed how much he cares about his patients. His team—from the front office staff to the dental assistants—was beyond helpful and absolutely amazing. Their kindness and support made the entire process smooth and comfortable. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dental or surgical provider. Dr. Han made me feel cared for every step of the way, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
I purchased an all-on-one dental implant after consulting Dr. Choi. Before the final set was completed, I moved to the East Coast. Believe it or not, I kept the temporary in for 2 years, when it cracked and broke off two “teeth.” I decided to return for the final appliance. To my grave disappointment the final appliance cracked too. I just want to say that the practice was extremely responsible and professional in fixing this. They provided another, new appliance with denser material which should not crack. I’m so glad they listened to my concerns and addressed them as immediately as possible. Thank you staff of North Dallas Dental Surgery!
If I could put a 10 star rating review. I would. I am a person with severe anxiety when it comes to needles or medical procedures. This place, their entire staff, from the front desk to the dental assistants/nurses and all the doctors. Everyone here is extremely kind, caring, and helpful. They make sure you are comfortable and cared for. I got the all on dental implants top and bottom and im about a month away from my final set. Hopefully this 5 star treatment and care continues and ill update with final results.
Excellent customer and professional service from the moment you walk in the door. Came in for an annual cleaning, my Dental assistant Hannia was thoughtful, patient and explained the process thoughout the procedure, updated as we proceeded and was thoughtful and asked questions to my well-being and comfort. Remembered me from a myriad of patients, for my specific needs and I left the appt. feeling special. Thanks, Hannia
