What a smoke show of a circus. Went in for a cleaning. Got escorted around by a dude in a suit asking me what smell I wanted in the room. Almost two hours for x rays and a consultation that didn't include the cleaning i went in for. Ben got told my cleaning was $3,800 but.... They don't deal with insurance. You have to try to get reimbursed on your own. It's hard to make an insurance company laugh but mine did when I told him the costs of my teeth cleaning. Following this and wanting to switch dentists they also charge a fee to let you have your xrays that you already paid for to be done. Absolutely a ridiculous operation.
I only picked this place for convenience but after experiencing such amazing staff and service I must say I will be a regular customer after today. They really value their patients and very knowledgeable about how to manage you teeth health and overall stay in good standing! Will be referring others! Thank you for the amazing support and service!
I have been a patient of Dr. Bynum at North Valdosta Dental Care since 2014. Dr. Bynum and staff are very professional and dedicated to their patients. It’s a 38 mile drive to NVDC but well worth it. I have never have been disappointed in their dental care.
I have been a patient at this practice for many years and have never before had a complaint. They are professional and kind. Unfortunately, the dental assistant who was assigned to me today is either brand new or still in training. She had to ask for help from anyone passing through the hallway. I know that everyone has to learn, but perhaps she is not ready for unsupervised practice.
First time ever using sedation dentistry, and it went unbelievably flawless! From meeting with Mrs. Bynum ( a true GA peach), to learn the process from start to finish, to the staff meeting me to make sure I make it to my chair, with the effects from the sedation starting to take effect. Both were absolute angels. I can’t say enough about Dr. Allen: Four hours of work on three teeth and not even a sore gum(Amazing)! Thanks to everyone involved, and thank you Dr Bynum for putting together a most excellent staff and may you all have a wonderful Christmas! God bless you all, Donald Newham
