Anyone, like myself, with dental anxiety need not fear. The whole staff will put you at ease. Dr. Kelling is amazingly personable, efficient and informative. The whole team had me in “stitches” during the procedure. (Never thought I’d laugh through an implant surgery). And I didn’t have any stitches ;-) I appreciate you all at Northeast Surgical Specialists. I will be referring!!! Karen
I had a great experience at the Saratoga Springs office. The front desk staff is very friendly. The dental assistants, who are very nice, explained everything thoroughly and completely. They answered my questions, even the one that had nothing to do with the procedure! Dr. Carkner is very engaging, very easy to talk to. He explained the reason for the procedure and talked me through every action. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable and calm. I definitely recommend this office!
I went to Northeast surgical specialist today for three dental implants. Dr. Corey was my surgeon. I find Dr. Condry to be extremely professional and very caring. Throughout the procedure, he kept asking me if I was feeling any discomfort and assured me that if I did feel any discomfort that he would attempt to it immediately. The nurse who assisted Dr. Condry was spectacular. She’s very professional very caring and compassionate. I was extremely impressed not only with the procedure, but with both Dr. Condry and the nurse I would highly recommend them for any dental needs.
I was recently at the Queensbury office where Dr. Carkner removed a broken, infected molar. He is a delight to work with--and having had several teeth removed over the yrs.--I was shocked when within a minute (no exaggeration) he had the crown off and the tooth out. Four days later I was in intense pain and called the on-line service. The service said if I did not hear from the doctor in 15 min. call back; Dr. Kelling did indeed call back in that time frame (amazing). After many questions he determined I had dry socket and set up a time (for my convenience) to meet him at the Saratoga office to get medicine put in the extraction site. He was experienced and very pleasant. The front end staff--at both offices--is ALWAYS a delight to work with: whether answering questions about the on-line registration or making appts. they are always smiling and delightful. What a practice! Bravo!
I just want to say thank you to Dr. Kelling and his staff for getting me in immediately! I had an issue while I was in Florida and was very concerned! Dr. kelling was very kind and understanding of my issue! It was great to see a true professional Doctor and staff! They helped me feel much more comfortable with a great plan to resolve my issues! Thank you Dr. Kelling and his wonderful team!
