They are absolutely wonderful here, I called very close to closing time amd they squeezed my son in for two extractions. He originally had an appointment for Dec 1st but ended up in alot of pain. I called and they got him right in.
Best experience ever. I had three teeth extracted 15 16 17 at the Forty Fort Location. Just today I got to go back for the follow up, Thank Dr. Giallorenzi for a Great job done well. All bleeding stopped the night of surgery. Stitches fell out 5 days from start. Absolutely no pain afterwards. Highly recommended. They also reminded me of the appointments a few days and hours in advance. Thanks to the office personnel.
On 08/21/2025 I had two teeth extracted by Doctor Justin Burns. In my 78 years it was by far the easiest, painless procedure I have ever experienced. I recommend Doctor Burns and his staff to all seeking that type of service.👍
I’m disappointed in this oral surgery location. I received a call two days before my appointment (that I scheduled 1-2 months in advance) because the doctor was leaving early and would not be there for my appointment time. When I called to reschedule, the receptionist was curt with me even though I was patient and trying to make accommodations for them. I let them know that the rescheduled appointment time was earlier than what would work for me, but kept it because I had no other option other than waiting another month out. I ended up missing that appointment and needing to call for a reschedule anyways. I’m now pushed a month and a half out from my original day. I feel as though this all could have been avoided if my time was originally respected.
Great experience. Dr. Burns made me feel completely at ease before and during procedure. Absolutely no pain or problems since having the procedure. Office staff was very friendly and answered questions also. Lucky to have gone here and received the quality care one should expect from professionals. Highly recommend both Dr. Burns and staff. Thank you!
