They've done good work on my teeth and the entire staff is wonderful! The only reason it's missing a star is that listening to Jesus music while having my teeth drilled into does make this my own personal hell.
By far the best dental experience I have ever had. The dental staff are by far the most amazing, kind, sweet group of ladies! They make you feel at home and welcomed. Now Dr. Rod, he is so great! He is honest and has amazing patient care, his work is so important to him and I truly appreciate it. It shows with the quality of work he puts into his patients. I am currently in the chair waiting for him to come back to do a ROOT CANAL and I am excited, pictures to come. I couldn't have been blessed with a more amazing dentist office.
You guys suck. Performed root canals on my molars and THEY'RE SENSITIVE THAN EVER AND IT HURTS TO CHEW ON HARD FOOD. Root canals are not supposed to be like that. Never stepping a foot in your place ever again. Dont even deserve a star.
This is the best dental office in the interior! Between the warm and welcoming smile from Taylor at the front desk, to the best teeth cleaning I have ever had from Dani. Dr. Rod also took a lot of time out of his day to help me set up treatment options and answer any questions I had. I should also note that I go out of my way to drive from Fairbanks to go here, its that good!
After moving to North Pole with the air-force, I am happy to have found a new dental home for myself and my kids. Danielle took great care of us and was so good with my youngest who hadn't been to the dentist before. Dr. Rod was nice and explained things in easy to understand terms. Very "homey" atmosphere and everyone was so friendly.
