I would first like to say how incredibly nice the staff is. From phone etiquette to in person interaction. I was quickly scheduled in to the soonest appt available. At my appointment, the assistant was personable, very kind and not the fake kind like someone who has to be to gain your business. They are professional and hold their clients to the highest regard. I was in and out with no issues. Thank you Dr.Galea and staff. I truly appreciate interactions like this.
Dr Galea, his assistant and the front desk staff were all so professional and kind. I even heard other patients in the waiting room saying how nice everyone here is. The rooms are clean and organized. There was very little waiting time. I was in and out. They explained the procedure I was getting before they did it and explained what to expect afterwards. They called me the next day and checked on how I was doing and answered any additional questions I had. From the front desk to the procedure was a great experience through. They were mindful that I lived out of town and sent my Rx to my pharmacy where I live. Just really a great experience. Ididn't expect going to get a huge tooth pulled out would be so fun haha....Thank you 😊
My dentist referred me to Dr. Galea after discovering I was losing bone around my implant and warning me that removal might be necessary. I was understandably anxious, but grateful that Dr. Galea’s office was able to fit me in for an evaluation the very next day. From the moment he examined the implant, Dr. Galea laid out a clear, thoughtful treatment plan aimed at saving it. He explained each step in detail, including how he hoped to extend the life of the implant and help me avoid the pain, recovery time, and significant cost of removal and replacement. His expertise and willingness to pursue every option meant a great deal to me. I was fortunate that a treatment appointment opened up the following day. The procedure went exactly as Dr. Galea described, and my recovery has been smooth. I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience. If I ever need implant work in the future, Dr. Galea will be the specialist I return to without hesitation.
I absolutely love this dentist! The office staff are on top of it, I get calls after procedures from them checking on me. Dr Hammon is phenomenal! And his assistant was the best. She rubbed my shoulder while I was getting the Novocaine shots. Honestly, it does help and shows how much these people care. I cannot recommend them enough. I personally will not go anywhere else.
Went in for an early morning tooth extraction. The Staff was very courteous, helpful & informative. Which I Greatly Appreciated! The Surgeon’s Assistant was Absolutely Wonderful & made me feel both Comfortable & at Ease, since it has been awhile since being at a dentist. The Surgeon was Very Informative, Professional & just great all around. For being unpleasant circumstances for my visit’ this Team made it a Wonderful experience. Thank You.
