I initially called for an appointment for my children due to the reviews, they are booking five months out which I was fine with. However, I didn't have the best experience with the receptionist. She was cordial until I mentioned Medicaid and she was pretty blunt. Insurance shouldn't determine your tone of voice or how you conduct the way you work. I only gave another star because I was happy that others had a better experience than I did, and their reviews were helpful.
Doc and Lori found an appointment for me to review a chipped front tooth. Also found time to repair it and the tooth next to it. No pain and great conversation, while waiting for novocain to take hold. Great dental service. 10 of 10.
Going to the dentist is not my favorie thing to do but N. Plains is a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly.
Dr walker is a very compassionate provider. Janelle in the office is always helpful
Dr. Walker and Lori were great today-they gave up part of their lunch break to ensure I was taken care of without having to reschedule-this is important as I live out of town…he rolled with the punches and was kind and thorough…front desk staff is always kind and patient-and Julie has been taking care of me for years-always enjoy catching up
