A few years ago, I got my wisdom teeth out here and.. my God. Easily the most disrespectful, chaotic, and downright traumatic medical experience I’ve ever had. The surgeon had zero bedside manner, left me in unbearable pain, and then they forgot to send my pain meds over to my pharmacy..????? I was fully sobbing the second the numbness wore off while my mom had to go full karen mode just to get them to send the prescription over. The whole thing felt like a joke.. except the punchline was me, in agony:)!!!!!!!!! Disorganized, careless, and rude. If you’re thinking of coming here, don’t. Go literally anywhere else. Save yourself the trauma.

I recently scheduled an appointment for my daughter at Northeast Implant and Oral Surgery in Mount Kisco, NY, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Despite making significant efforts to arrive on time, including driving over an hour to reach the location, unforeseen circumstances caused us to miss the designated exit and require a detour. Understandably, we were running slightly behind schedule, with an anticipated arrival of 1:46 pm for our 2:00 pm appointment. To our surprise, at 1:38 pm, I received a call from the front desk operator inquiring about our arrival time. I promptly explained the situation and assured her that we would still make it before our scheduled appointment time. However, despite our efforts and the urgency of my daughter’s need to see the oral surgeon for severe wisdom teeth pain, we were informed that we would need to reschedule due to incomplete paperwork. Despite my willingness to complete the paperwork while my daughter was being seen, we were told that it must be done beforehand, effectively requiring us to reset the appointment. This insistence on protocol over accommodating our circumstances was disheartening, especially considering the significant time and effort we had already invested in the journey. Ultimately, after a 2.5-hour round trip, we left without the opportunity for my daughter to receive the urgent care she needed. It’s unfortunate that bureaucratic rigidity overshadowed the importance of addressing my daughter’s pain and discomfort in a timely manner. As a result, I cannot recommend Northeast Implant and Oral Surgery in Mount Kisco, NY, based on our experience.

I’ve had a fair amount of dental work done. I got stuck going here when I had an emergency extraction that needed to be done on a badly infected upper molar and they were the first appt available. Worst dental experience of my life!! Really, choose another office. I highly recommend South Bedford Oral sx.

I would highly recommend Northeast Implant & Oral Surgery. The office was extremely clean and up-to-date. Dr. Salas was knowledgeable, personable and had excellent bedside manner. The dental assistants were upbeat and made the experience more relaxed and comfortable. I had two wisdom teeth extracted under local anesthetic and it was so quick and easy that I had returned to work shortly after.

I had a truly excellent experience at Northeast Implant & Oral Surgery in Mount Kisco, NY with Dr. Richard Salas. I felt fully supported and comfortable during my wisdom teeth extraction, and the recovery was smooth and painless. I was awake during the procedure under a local anesthetic, and he walked me through everything he was doing from top to bottom (literally) Staff kept me laughing and positive throughout, and after care instructions were explained clearly and in detail. When I called the office 2x after surgery with general questions everyone was so helpful, and Dr. Salas was always available to speak with me. I highly recommend! Thank you guys! PS I am one of those very frightened patients and this was a breeze.
