I took my son here to dr. Waggle a couple days ago and I was very impressed with their care and compassion. My son’s 5 so definitely not the easiest patient to see but everyone was so kind even the front desk. I’ve gone to many different dentists in my life and I’ve had very bad experiences so I am very timid with who I take my kids to and I can happily say I will definitely be returning, maybe even for myself. Very quick we were in and out even told we could come in before they opened. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you dr. Waggle and your wonderful wife for treating us basically like family!
I have been coming here for a year now. I had been avoiding the dentist prior for 5-6 years due to previous dental anxiety and trauma. They have gone above and beyond at making me feel comfortable and heard. If I've needed any adjustments to work done, I've felt like I could speak up and get what I needed corrected. Which is a huge change based on past experiences with different providers. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond at making sure patients feel comfortable and are happy with the work they do. I highly recommend coming here for any work you need done!
Nobody likes going to the dentist (sorry ) but Northpointe Dental makes it pleasant by having great dental assistants, friendly staff and Dr. Waggle is very personable and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommended!
Was wonderful, fixed the issue on the first appointment. Amazing receptionists helped with paperwork when needed and very happy and vibrant you can tell they actually enjoy their job and take pride where they work. They knew every patient walking in by name 😊. The dentist himself was very efficient.
Everyone is very personable and it was enjoyable going to a dentist where you really felt welcome.
