Dr Lyerly was great. Takes a lot pride in his work and did a fantastic job on my crown and night guard. He has an awesome assistant Heather that makes you really feel comfortable and cares.
Love my hygienist. Very professional but friendly. Didn't hurt me. Did a great job. Love Dr Louie. I will be getting 2 teeth filled soon where I brushed away the enamel too much.
I canceld my appointment and need to find a new dentist due to poor people skills from tiffany and for billing for services not done. She billed my old insurance and the bill was kicked back and instead of being professional and calling me about a mistake she chose to call me while I was at work and tell me I need to pay my bills.. that i knew I was not covered when I went for the cleaning so I basicly stole from them and they needed their money.. On top of that they charged my for a deep cleaning but the service done was a basic cleaning. Kinda suprised I was sent this review.. but at least I got the word out.
I had another great experience at Northshore Famiky Dentistry this week! Dr. Lyerly walked me through the whole procedure and Keisha talked to me and kept me calm the whole time! For anyone who suffers from anxiety at dental visits, you understand how big this is!!!! Kayla also assisted with my visit and everyone was wonderful! Five stars & two thumbs up!
I just moved to the Slidell area and very unfamiliar with business and restaurants. I have been fighting with some tooth pain for quite awhile so I looked around for a very professional, caring, and supportive dentist office where my insurance would be accepted. I never heard or seen Northshore family dentist but I found them online the night before my visit I booked appointment and went in the next day all the nurses and assistants were extremely nice and concerned. They got me examined and was so understanding of my pain. They booked me for my next appointment and got straight to resolving my issue Kesha and doctor Louis M Gerard and doctor dragon helped me feel so much better got me back to normal and living a happy life with a healthy mouth. If you have any issues I highly recommend you give them a call. The doctors and nurses are amazing they gain a client for life.
