Everyone was SO personable, educational and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Seems like such a positive environment. This was my first time here since my last dentist stopped taking my insurance. Not to mention there was some confusion w my new insurance and the receptionist was super proactive in figuring out the issue so that they could get me in as soon as possible. I was able to schedule an appt within 3 days of calling. Recommended NorthStar to my mom :)
Since moving to CT I figured it would be hard locating a dentist . I found Northstar & I haven’t needed to search anywhere else. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. When I have emergencies I am seen right away. I never have long waits for any of my schedule appointments. They are all punctual and professional.
Love Northstar Dental! They are always so caring and kind. They were able to fit me in for a last-minute appointment the very next day. I filled out all the paperwork the night before, and once I arrived, I was attended to quickly. Best dental office in Danbury!
I was able to book and upload everything online which is very helpful. My daughter got an appt within 1 week (no concerns). The assistant and dentist as well as front desk were all professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Both my daughter and I left feeling like she was in great hands.
I am very happy with Dr. Curtis. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. I’m glad I made the right decision to go to Northstar dental. I wish everyone was like them.
