Our whole family (ages 5 - 89) goes here and we love it! Everyone on staff is amazing, offering helpful friendly service and if you are afraid of the dentist (like my mom - they will put all of your anxiety to rest). They always have the latest and greatest technology and offer helpful solutions to all of your dental issues. I would definitely recommend them.

I had an appointment today to get a crown placed, and this office turned a “nerve wracking” appointment to such a fun entertaining one! Dr Kifer and Matthew took their time to make sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything. They are so mindful and professionals! I recommend everyone in NWA to stop by! 10/10!

I came as a new patient this week. The staff greeting me was very friendly and helpful. Ashley is an amazing hygienist and Dr Kifer took time to actually get acquainted with me. Their evaluation was detailed, using the latest equipment and methods. All very comfortable and explained in detail. I am so very thankful I’ve found them

I was convinced by Dr. Johnson to proceed with an expensive crown as a preventative measure to avoid a future root canal. At the time, I had no pain, no symptoms, and a long history of healthy teeth as her patient. After the crown was placed, I experienced persistent pain and had to return to her office twice for attempted “adjustments.” The tooth, which had been healthy prior to the crown, continued to worsen. Within six months, after being reassured that everything was fine, I developed an abscess and ultimately required a root canal, costing nearly $3,000 in addition to the original crown. What is most upsetting is not only the physical pain and sleepless nights this caused, but the loss of trust. I relied on Dr. Johnson’s recommendation as a long-term patient with no prior issues, believing this procedure would prevent further intervention. Instead, it resulted in unnecessary pain, trauma to a previously healthy tooth, and significant additional expense. This experience has fundamentally changed my trust in her clinical judgment. 2/9/2026- After posting this review, the clinic manager Ashley contacted me, not to check on my well-being or address my ongoing pain, but specifically in response to seeing this review. The purpose of the call was to ask me to come into the office for a conversation. When I stated that one way to meaningfully resolve this situation would be to refund the cost of a procedure I did not need and that ultimately caused harm, I was told that a refund was not an option, but that they were willing to “talk.” This interaction did not feel patient-centered or focused on resolution. It felt focused on reputation management rather than accountability or corrective action. I was asked to invest additional time and travel (a 50-mile drive) for a conversation, without any clear proposal to address the clinical or financial impact of what occurred.

First visit to NWA Family Dental office was EXCEPTIONAL! Dr. Kifer and staff were wonderful and friendly from check in, cleaning, exam and check out. Dr. Kifer's attention to detail, thorough explanation and plan of care was extremely helpful. My hygienist, Alex, did an awesome job, answered my many questions and provided great preventative care feedback. They use the latest technology to provide their patients with the best care. Highly recommend!!!
