This was my first visit and I had a great experience. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Sarah was wonderful and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Gill was kind, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns without being pushy at all. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m really happy to have found this office. Highly recommend!
Girls at front desk were nice and appt was easy to make. My hygienist was great and very thorough .Dr Kevin was very caring and seems to really care about his patients. Unfortunately I have to come back for a filling so that’s when the real review comes .
From the time I walked in the door and started talking to the receptionist, I felt relaxed. I told her I had a problem that needed taking care of, right away she did everything possible to get me in quickly even though they were booked. She called me with a cancelation within hours. When they got me in Sara took be back and started treatment right away and she was so knowledgeable along with Kevin who examined me and gave me my options. What a great experience and dentist office.
Mother and I visited for cleanings since our last dentist retired. We were both welcomed in and called back quickly. Both Hygienist were very pleasant and attentive to answering questions and explaining what they were doing. We chatted thru the whole visit. Dr. Grill came through introducing himself and explained what he was assessing as he checked our teeth and gums. This is an office that has a very patient friendly personality that is not easily found at at some providers. Thanks and we look forward to seeing you for our next cleanings
From scheduling the appointment to when I walked out the door after my first visit, I knew I found an extremely professional and friendly dentistry team! The welcoming smiles and introductions when I arrived helped reduce my first time anxiety. Rebecca, dental hygienist was extremely personable throughout the visit providing an opportunity to get to know one another, all while she provided detailed explanation of the dental procedures throughout the visit. Along with Dr. Grill’s professionalism and kindness during the dental exam, it reassured me I was in competent hands and an environment I can trust. Thank you Northwest Dentistry team for a fantastic experience!
