Dr. Matthias was excellent. He is very friendly, personable, and clearly knows what he is doing. He took the time to explain everything and made the entire experience feel comfortable and reassuring. The staff was also fantastic, fast, friendly, efficient, and very organized. Everyone in the office was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend this office if you need oral surgery care.
My 5yo had an extra tooth removed and he was so great with him. He explained the procedure well and was actually done sooner than expected. The stitches were done well and he's healing great!
DO NOT GO! They do not do anything to help you find out if they take your insurance. Make you go to the appointment FIRST, then after they bill they will find out if they are in network or not. This seems backwards to me. Being someone that has to verify insurance benefits BEFORE we do any type services so we don't have upset patients this process makes no sense! These people have their priorities definitely mixed up. I will be telling my dentist that I have a very great relationship with not to refer anyone else to this practice! Even asked for the office manager ain't got nothing but argument over why they would see somebody before verifying their insurance makes perfect sense to me! Don't get burned by these people! They don't want to do anything extra for you I was actually directed that if I need to find out if they're in network I needed to call myself. Definitely does not have patience in mind let alone patient care!!! Absolutely horrible!
I had a great experience during my visit. Everyone was very professional, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and informed about my options. The staff was friendly and the whole visit was smooth and efficient. I feel confident moving forward with treatment—highly recommend!
Dr Boehm is great! All three of my teenagers have had their wisdom teeth removed here and all three had a easy, quick recovery with zero issues. He is very good at what he does! 100% recommend.
