We had a wonderful experience here for my boys. The staff was extremely helpful with submitting our claims to our insurance and putting together our estimate before our surgery. There was an issue with our insurance initially and they rectified the issue without us getting involved. The surgery itself went exactly as planned and both my boys felt as comfortable as could be throughout the entire process. We were given detailed and explicit going home instructions from a nurse and written ones to take home. Would recommend again and again!
The experience was amazing. Dr. Henry was friendly and reassuring throughout the proceedure, as was his staff. I never felt like just another patient. They know what they are doing. Its an awesome team of professionals.

Dr. Henry has a great bedside manner. Very reassuring. Answers questions with kindness and care.The staff are also very kind and efficient. No complaints through this long process of replacing a tooth. Highly recommend their practice.
I had a coronectomy done on tuesday at the hilliard office. i was really nervous due to dental anxiety but Dr Burton and his team was very quick to make sure i was comfortable prior to sedation and surgery. i was provided with a blanket by the nurse and had all questions answered. i felt very taken care of. I specifically also want to shout out Lisa who took great care of me in the recovery room and answered all my questions. I also have made a few calls back to get clarity on a few post op things and she has been quick to answer any questions i had. Thank you to the awesome team you guys are. and i am hoping the recovery flies by!
