Please be aware this office is not in network with any Insurance. Very misleading and website doesn’t mention that. When making the appointment front office said will check my benefits and let me know. Never did. I called same day as my appointment to ask if they were in network provider. The person paused and said “No, we’re not contracted with any provider”. I said please cancel I wanted to see in network provider due to fees being less for my out of pocket. Now I’m getting a bill for broken appointment! Please beware of this. I’ve been working front office in dental since 2006. Protocol has always been to let patients know your office is out of network. There’s a reason he’s not contracted with any insurance. Btw I’m not paying that fee! Might as well write it off. I would give it zero stars if I could. Other people have complained about this also.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at ease right away. The nurses were kind, professional, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. David Verschueren did an outstanding job with the surgery—it was quick, seamless, and I experienced minimal discomfort afterward. He is a very kind and generous doctor who explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which helped calm any nerves I had going in. The aftercare instructions were thorough, and the follow-up support showed just how much they care about their patients' recovery. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received and would highly recommend Northwest Oral & Facial Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery. Thank you for such a great experience!
I have had a simple tooth extraction, an oral surgery extraction, and three implants done by Dr. Verschurern. Each procedure went very well with minimum pain and fast healing. His practice has state of the art equipment and a great staff. I would not want to go anywhere else again for this type of dental work. Besides the high-quality care I received, I always felt as though he genuinely cared about my issues. Dr. Verschurern is an excellent doctor and just a flat-out nice guy. This niceness carries into his staff. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing an oral surgeon!
In December 2023, I had trouble finding a care provider who could help me remove a painful abscessed tooth in a timely manner. Dr. Verschueren got me in right away and removed the problem tooth with great care and professionalism. His courteous and knowledgeable staff were able to discuss my options for replacing the tooth. For each of the appointments involved in getting the implant, they were very accommodating of my difficult schedule and my wait times were always very short. My husband is also a physician in a closely related field, and he has the greatest respect for Dr. V as an oral surgeon and as a person, in general. As a patient, I highly recommend him too!
I was referred to Dr. Verschueren for a tooth extraction and a dental implant. He has a relaxed, friendly demeanor that put me at ease for both procedures. All of his staff members are friendly and efficient. Every step of the way throughout the process I felt completely confident in the doctor and his assistants. The billing process was transparent, and I was fully informed up front how much each procedure would cost, how much my dental insurance would cover, and how much I would have to pay out of pocket. I was happy with the successful outcome of both procedures.
