Fantastic experience! I called early in the morning due to my fixed retainer that had partially become unglued (had it for well over 20 years) The loose wire from the retainer was constantly bothering me and I spoke with Becky (the receptionist whom is amazing) she said she had to talk to the doctor to see if he could fit me in and take care of it. I had my fingers crossed and She called me back and he was more than willing to make room in his tight schedule to help me out. When I arrived Dr. Todd Martin introduced himself and I thanked him for squeezing me in. He was very pleasant and comical and down to earth to talk to. He is truly about patient care. Which is hard to find these days! His assistant was also very pleasant and comical as well!!! Such a great group here! Thank you all so much as I can actually sleep without having that dangling wire lingering by my tongue lol
Dr. Anna is a knowledgeable and very effective dentist who I’ve enjoyed working with for years. She’s squeezed me in a couple times for urgent care and I very much appreciated it! She truly cares about her patients and not just about $, which other local dentists seem to prioritize.
I was a new customer, with a worrying tooth problem during a stressful time, while moving to a new home. They were able to get me in, and do xrays, and provide suggestions for easing my symptoms. Dr Anna also said I may return to see her again, for my routine tooth exams. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. I am moving to a new home and to a new dental facility, with Northwoods Dental, in Woodruff, WI.
This was my husband, Dan’s, first visit. He was very impressed with their professionalism. He would highly recommend Northwoods Dentistry!
Dr. Ann is wonderful and so kind, explains everything. Had a crown done and cleaning. Dr. Ann was willing to do what was needed to make sure the crown fit perfectly. Professional staff but also very friendly. Great experience from check in to making next cleaning. Highly recommend this dentist.
