I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Awe and the amazing staff at NuSet. From my very first contact with the office to the placement of my new upper and lower implants, the entire experience was exceptional. I truly appreciated the phone call from Kelly and how seamlessly she orchestrated every part of my care. Dr. Awe personally calling me beforehand meant so much—he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and immediately put me at ease. After that conversation, I felt completely confident and comfortable with my decision. Everyone in the office was kind, caring, and professional. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming—like being among family. I was overjoyed when I woke up and saw my beautiful temporary teeth. I experienced no pain afterward, only very mild discomfort. I’m carefully following all post-procedure instructions and taking my medications as directed. I’m truly looking forward to receiving my permanent teeth. A Grateful Patient's Testimonial I received during my recent procedure. I can confidently say that I am 100% a real patient, having had my top arch installed on December 12, 2025. Firstly, I want to emphasize that the level of service provided by NuSet far exceeds any rating system—Google simply does not have enough stars to adequately represent my satisfaction. Were it possible, I would undoubtedly rate your company 100 stars. This is a long read but very much worth it. Before choosing NuSet, I attended free consultations at three other companies. I will refrain from naming them, as I do not wish to appear petty. However, I feel it necessary to share my experience for context. All three companies quoted me between $26,000 to $34,000 for the same procedure that NuSet performed at a much more reasonable cost. Moreover, two of these consultations left me feeling insecure about the condition of my teeth and mouth. Each felt rushed and as though my concerns and questions were burdensome to the examiners. Their primary objective seemed to be securing a contract and scheduling a date for the procedure without offering flexible financing or exploring my dental insurance options. Conversely, my experience with NuSet could not have been more different. From the initial consultation scheduling to the warm welcome at your facility, every interaction was exemplary. The person conducting my consultation patiently provided multiple options, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each. She spent over an hour with me, carefully addressing all my questions without ever making me feel rushed, despite having other appointments waiting. After the consultation and examination, she proactively offered to check my financing options before I made any decision about moving forward. This comprehensive approach was nothing short of remarkable. When I received the financing information, I was pleasantly surprised to find at least five or six different lending options. This is particularly notable because, like many others facing this decision, I initially worried about affordability. NuSet's dedication to making this procedure financially accessible truly made a difference and demonstrated genuine concern for their patients. Adding to the exceptional care, I received a call from the oral surgeon on the Saturday before my procedure to discuss expectations, address my concerns, and review the recovery process. This unexpected follow-up reinforced my confidence in choosing NuSet. Additionally, the anesthesiologist contacted me two days later to ensure I was fully informed about what to expect during my surgery, enhancing my comfort and readiness. On the day of the procedure, the entire team made a concerted effort to put me at ease. Though I did not explicitly share my nervousness, I sensed their awareness and support. The design team took detailed scans to create my arch and attentively listened to my requests for a natural, non-exaggerated appearance. They delivered on this promise impeccably with the temporary arch, and I am excited to see how the permanent one will surpass it. In summary, my experience with NuSet ranks as one of the best healthcare experiences I have ever had, especially regarding a procedure I initially dreaded. The professionalism and kindness exhibited by the staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, and oral surgeon were truly commendable. WOW! Where to begin. I guess there is a reason the Dr spells his name Awe. Because he is Awesome!! I have been to over 10 different dentist in 6 different states and I can declare that Dr Awe has been tops. I was a bit apprehensive when I first came to NUSET dental. On my first visit I met Kelly and she did an excellent job at explaining and answering all my questions. I knew implants were what I needed but I was nervous taking such a big step but as I came in contact with more associates, I really felt like I was under the care of a big family. Couple of days before my procedure I was introduced to Dr Awe and after speaking with him any apprehension went away. Every and I mean Every associate had only positive things to say about Dr Awe. “He’s the best” “you’ll like him” “he is very thorough” “he is very tenacious, and makes sure everything is perfect”. They weren’t lying. I was at ease and didn’t worry once. It could have been the gas, but I don’t think that was the only reason. If you are needing dentures I STRONGLY urge you to contact NUSET dental and Dr Awe. You won’t be disappointed.
