I got in quickly. The staff was so kind because my appointment was 2 days after a huge winter storm. My consultation went perfectly and I'm not a good fit for the implants. I was sad to get that news but happy that they didn't try to do it anyway and it be a failure. Each person that assisted me was so caring. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays, especially if you aren't a paying customer. I truly wish it had worked out for me
The staff were very attentive to what my needs were. They explained what was happening and made a suggestion as to my best action to take. Would definitely recommend them for your implants if that's the choice you can make and it be a procedure you can have done . Unfortunately they could not help me there but gave me a good alternative.
I really want to take the time to express how happy I am about how my implants turned out. Nuvia gave me back my smile. I feel more confident now when I'm talking, and that's very important to me because of my work. I highly recommend Nuvia, from intake with Rachel and the both the dentist where amazing, and I don't want to leave out the very funny anesthesiologist who not only made me feel comfortable he also made me laugh. Mannn listen I been thru a lot and this place called Nuvia it was better then Disney World like I promise You this an it leaves me so emotional Because of the thought that they have for you. They listen they observe as family. If you don’t understand anything they got u no need to pull off your hair But honestly, I Cannot phantom this enough, the team is tough I mean nice immaculate like that damn Rachel God knew to send her to me she sat with me through my tears. She made sure that everything will be OK and she’s a Pisces girl 😌🤞🏾Chanel behind the desk she rocks so nice to make sure I understood everything. She’s a Pisces as well. Yeah, they are my girls. . An iynonna I was so nervous when she was going into my mouth, but she made me feel so comfortable like I didn’t have to worry about it. She let me know about the doctor how cool he was as soon as he walked in he was perfect.. Nuviaaaaaaaaaaa has beennNothing but greatttttt to me. 1 through 10 I give them a perfect 20 ..Let me stop writing cause as I writing I’m crying an I no my phone water proof but that’s what Nuvia do to u. My visit to Nuvia was the absolute best experience. The staff was amazing. All everyone wanted to do was help over and above. If anyone has thoughts about the process without pressure, you should talk to them. That simple!!
