After having 3 friends of mine 100% satisfied with there teeth. I reached out for information and Michael pressured me into making an appointment immediately despite explicitly expressing my conflict in scheduling and to secure an appointment I was required to provide my credit card information. He was more interested in locking in my money than anything. My 3 individual friends whom have had services with Nuvia not one has had to put down a deposit for services before they were fully committed and knew they were a candidate first which was done on a zoom call. Remember I warned Michael my uneasiness with scheduling an appointment knowing my availability is limited. Keep in mind I live 4+hours away. I had to reschedule and again was aggressively pressured to make an appointment sooner than I knew I would be certain I could make it to, in fact I was told I would only be able to get my deposit refunded if I scheduled in the next two weeks. The following day after making the appointment with more than 72 hours notice I inform Michael there is no way I have time permitted to attend this appointment and I receive a text stating I have reserved office space twice and my deposit will be forfeited. I was really hoping to be one of the happy people they made me interested enough to look into what services are available etc but I experienced hands down a scam and what felt predatory not professional. I am so disappointed because I reached out once again to my friends that received Nuvia services and they all told me “No they did not have to provide a card on file for a consultation” I guess I was foolish for believing I had to give my information in the first place. If I value a transparent experience unfortunately not this time.
The experience at Nuvia was awesome. I was able to ask a lot of questions. They were able to answer every question. I had they spent an amplicable amount of time in a private room answering all my questions, and with no rushing, and I really appreciated that, thank you, Nuvia
My visit today was easy and informed. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. While I waited to be seen the reception room was large, clean, bright and beverages for pleasure. Although I wasn't a good candidate for dental implants, I would strongly recommend NUVIA DENTAL IMPLANTS as the place to go for your smile.
We had a great experience with the first appointment! We were a little apprehensive about the deposit money but they processed the refund promptly when we checked in. The office was very welcoming and everyone was super friendly. To our relief there was no high pressure sales pitch. They spent lots of time answering all of our questions and we feel empowered to make the best decision for my husband's future. Thank you!
