My mom came across this business on social media and although I knew exactly how the experience (sales tactics) would go, they did not disappoint and my mom is scheduled for her procedure in the new year. One of the reasons they put my mom at ease is that nearly every staff member she interacted with (minus the “sales” guy) spoke Spanish, which is a plus for anyone, especially my mom. All staff were incredibly professional, patient, helpful, and put you at ease for something so important. I don’t know the truth about their claimed innovation but their facility is incredibly clean, state of the art, wheelchair accessible (super important for me) and reasonably located. Medical staff credentials (licenses and degrees) are visibly displayed on a digital frame at the front counter. We are hopeful for a safe, effective and smooth process during and after her surgery.
