Today was my implants assessment session to determine whether I was a candidate for Nuvia to provide my much needed implants and it was a pleasant and painless experience. I was well advised and informed of where I am at and how the process works here in a way that was quite reassuring. I highly recommend utilizing their highly professional services!
At the beginning, I have to admit I was scared because I didn’t know what to expect. However, the customer service and care we received at Nuvia Dental Implant Center were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Leticia is truly amazing — you can clearly see her genuine passion for helping people, and it truly makes a difference. Even when I returned on the day of surgery, everyone was still kind, patient, and welcoming. She noticed that some of the elderly patients were having difficulty filling out the questions on the tablet, and despite having so much to do, she took her time to help them with such patience and compassion. That level of care is rare. This was not just a place focused on making a sale. I had previously gone to ClearChoice for a quote, and my experience there was completely different. The doctor walked in ahead of me and let the door close in my face. That moment alone showed me the difference in values and professionalism. At Nuvia, you can truly feel the strong values and genuine care behind the practice. The money I spent was priceless because the customer service and compassion we received meant everything. Can’t say enough how everyone here has treated me like “family” The office has a great atmosphere and I’m excited for my end results. I was explained everything that would go on thru the process of getting my new permanent smile. Since I’m down here by myself, the office was nice enough to set up a ride for me to go back to my apartment where I’ll be able to heal. After I get my new smile I’ll be updating with pictures and how the process was. Thank you Nuvia So after my extraction, I was bleeding pretty bad. I went back to the location and they reassured me that everything was okay. They did say if I wanted to I could reach out to the surgeon, well I did. He had just got off a plane and was very attentive to my situation. I totally get surgery and things don’t always come out like planned. I sent him videos and pictures, also described where I thought the blood was coming from. He gave me a few pointers and kept in touch. The next day (early in the morning) he checked up on me and I’ve always learned to treat ppl the way you want to be treated. I’m blessed for finding such a good place to go to. You think when you see these paid ads that the place is a fly by night company. Well not this one!! I love my smile, the way I feel and i can’t wait to get back in 4 months to see everyone again! UPDATE Came back to do a check up and all went great! Got em cleaned up and the doctor checked how the implants were. Will be coming back within the next year to do the same routine. Always a great place to walk into and everyone is always really happy here. I definitely made an impression because they still remembered me very well

The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure she was comfortable throughout the appointment. You can tell they truly care about their patients and not just rushing them in and out. The office was clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere, which really helped ease any nerves. We’re very happy with the care she received and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dental team.
