Keller Tx office I made apptpaid $89.. I was I hospital with kidney infection so called to cancel way before appt and I to leave to work out state the reception tried to book me appt in NC where ail be deployed. I tried explain I couldn’t take time off once on job .. she ask if I could come today I Told her again I didn’t feel like driving and she couldn’t refund my $89 and they already had everything set up … I will not refer anyone to Nuvia they got $89 must be hurting for business! The receptionist attitude changed when she couldn’t get me in office. She said that why they take $89 deposit so patients keep appt… sorry I had a kidney infection and things can’t be avoided and I feel it wrong to not refund $89 since it was well in advance that I cancelled appt. This is at the Keller office: I will file a formal complaint with the Texas Board of Dentistry.. I feel this is very poor customer service had I NO showed or didn’t call cancel I can see they charge a fee! Times are rough and $89 is a lot money to me right now. They wouldn’t work with me and feel this POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE C WRIGHT
Everyone on my team was so amazing!! Compassionate and caring. They each listened to my concerns and thoughtfully calmed me. They hugged me when I cried about past trauma. The Philly team is hands down top notch!! Would I do this again? With this team, absolutely!!!

I’m writing a review on behalf of my daughter, Lizzy. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and very friendly and Colleen was amazing and very nice and put me and my daughter instantly at ease and had us laughing. The surgeon and dentist were very friendly and informative and answered all of our questions and concerns and let me come back with my daughter for her comfort. You could really tell that they love their job and do it exceptionally well. Thank you Nuvia! You gave my daughter a new beginning❤️
As coming into the office, the two young ladies receptionist were very nice. As I waited in the waiting room, clean area people were pleasant. The dental assistance were very friendly and made me feel comfortable… I would recommend people to come because they will feel comfortable and not uncomfortable.
