My experience was great. It all started with Nick who scheduled my appointment. He really listened to my concerns. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything I had questions on. The imaging tech was very professional and personable at the same time. After the imagining They went over everything going on with my teeth and were very honest and upfront and even recommended other options on what i should do and gave me very good information on why i should and shouldn't have the procedure. I appreciate their honesty. I wish I was good at remembering everyone’s name but the everyone I came in contact with was Great. Thanks for the for making me feel welcomed, for the advice and information. I’m looking forward to seeing y'all again at your new Cosmetic location.
Anubis was absolutely wonderful. From the time we arrived Jesse was so helpful, friendly and provided the best customer service. Highly recommend them for any cosmetic work!
My experience was great. Dr Kailyn was honest and upfront and even recommended me on other options on what i should do if i wanted to go another route. Staff (Zeyda) at check-in was great and very welcoming. Technician Carlos was also very welcoming and great. If you are looking to receive implants on partial or all of your teeth, i recommend you making a visit for a consultation. Dr.Santa gave me very good information on why i should and shouldn't recieve the procedure. Glad they were h9nest and upfront with me. Thanks for the advice and information.
I had a great experience here at Nuvia today. Kailyn was amazing and I truly appreciated her honesty. Turned out a I wasn't a candidate for the full mouth implants, but they were fantastic in all their recommendations for my situation that will save me thousand of $!
