I have high dental anxiety and the procedure that lead to me needing an implant was one of worst experiences of my life. The folks at NW Implant heard all my concerns and always made sure I was comfortable and by the time my procedure was done, my blood pressure had decreased 10 points. I recommend them whole heartily.
Appointment was for my elderly mother. She needed a couple of molar distracted. Reg dentist was concerned due to her medical history. Dr TinLE was very professional, checked her medical history and made her feel comfortable during the procedure. Giving 5 stars.
Dr. Burton removed 4 of my teeth in what I felt was 5 minutes.. (I was under anesthesia, but regardless..). He was so compassionate and explained each medication that he placed in my IV, T.T. was attentive and reassuring, and made the entire process a breeze. I felt very anxious going in, but the team at NW Implant Center went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience in what could have easily been a very stressful scenario. Love it!!
I inadvertently made a mistake of my appointment time, and even though I was an hour late , everyone was most gracious, took me in right away and everything was taken care of. I love the staff here. They are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Tin and his staff.
The staff here is so amazing, so caring and amazing at what they can accomplish. My teeth were deteriorating drastically after taking an oral medication for over a year that basically rotted my teeth away. This place is saving my smile one surgery at a time I just completed phase 1 Of four surgeries that I am required to have in order to get implants and veneers. Going under general anesthesia was scary, but they helped me through the process and I had very little pain after having seven extractions and many bone graphs and oral surgery. I feel like if I would’ve gone anywhere else it would’ve taken weeks to recover. But it is only taken me three days. If you have a smile that you can no longer show or are embarrassed of this is the place to go. To have your confidence renewed. Every step of the process has been a breeze. And their state of the art equipment is unlike anything else in Portland. I really appreciate the whole team here. I will never forget how they helped me achieve confidence after having none for so long. Thank you guys keep doing what you’re doing. You are amazing!
