Dr. Flint, Dr. Z hygienist Erica, office manager Shelly, the welcoming receptionists, and every dental assistant have treated me with exceptional care, respect, and encouragement throughout this journey. What they have done for me goes far beyond dentistry. They are restoring my smile, my confidence, and a part of myself I thought was lost. Every visit has been marked by genuine compassion, professionalism, and understanding. There is a powerful story behind my new smile, and when my final work is completed I look forward to sharing it. Always a great experience. Dr.Zeh nice as always, kind, considerate, and trustworthy.. Lotus was a real sweetheart. Explains the how and why, and is very gentle. I have been coming from Denver to get my dental care from this clinic. Very satisfied.
Incredible dentistry! They are so kind, truly tailor their care to their patients, and put patient safety and comfort above all. It is a really positive atmosphere and I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. I recommend this practice to everyone I know!
My 80-year-old mother visited this office and was clearly upsold on procedures she didn’t need (fluoride and Perio Scaling) and didn’t realize weren’t covered by her insurance. She agreed to them because she trusted the provider, but she did not understand they were optional or out-of-pocket. When she asked at the front desk if they took her insurance and they said yes, she mistakenly assumed she was covered. For elderly patients, it’s essential to slow down, explain what’s necessary vs. optional, and make sure they truly understand what their insurance will and won’t cover. That didn’t happen here. I hope the Oak Hills Dentistry reviews how they communicate treatment options with seniors so others don’t end up in the same situation. These are vulnerable people with fixed income.
The best dental care I have ever had! First of all, my dental hygienist actually read and used my intake forms. I walked away having a full understanding of my oral health, what I was doing well, and what I could improve on. I was well cared for, especially by the hygienist Marianne, and everyone was friendly and considerate. It did not feel at all like a typical bright, starched, and loud dental office.
