I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! Everyone there is genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional. I’ve had three visits in the last two months to fix a few things that were really bothering me, and every single interaction has been a great experience. Brandon is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient — he explains everything clearly and works quickly without ever making you feel rushed. He and Jill work together like a well-oiled machine. You can tell they’ve got a great rhythm and truly care about their patients’ comfort. The relief I’ve felt just a day after my procedures has been amazing. I’m so grateful to have found a team that makes going to the dentist such a positive experience. Highly recommend
They are awesome at Oak Dental. They treat you like you matter. They listen to your concerns and answer questions you have. They make you feel comfortable in whatever procedure you are having done. Front desk help are just so nice and sweet treat you so good. I would recommend them to anyone.
I hate going to the dentist since I was little, always had a bad experience. When I stared many years ago with Richards and had some teeth fixed he was very gentle and kind explained things and made me comfortable before they did the numbing and during the drilling he would ask if I’m doing ok. I always have a good experience with the front desk ladies are always nice. My children and my husband all love Paige she’s amazing and gentle and friendly when she cleans our teeth. I have had both Driscoll and Richard’s work on my teeth they do a great job and friendly. Driscoll made me laugh yesterday. When my clients ask me were I go I tell them to Oak mountain dental Thank you
At Oak Mountain Dental everyone was so kind and helpful. They explained everything and helped me get the most from my insurance. Dr. Richards is so friendly as well as professional. He explains everything and makes sure you are comfortable and aware of the procedures and what to expect. The front desk girls are also very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience. I'm happy I chose Oak Mountain Dental!
Brandon at oak mountain dental is my absolute favorite! (Although I’m sure the other doctors are fantastic as well!) The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional! I have a mouth of teeth that I’m quite sure actually don’t want to be living in my mouth and no matter what is going on they always make time to fit me in when one of them (my teeth) decide they want to separate from my face or have a funeral! Yall have saved my life over and over again! ❤️
