I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this location. I had to go in for an emergency extraction after being in horrendous pain for two days. Aspen Dental decided to cancel my emergency appointment and didn’t tell me until I’d driven through a literal blizzard to make it to their office. Oakwood Hills was able to get me in an hour later. From check in to check out, everyone was wonderful. Professional, polite, and legitimately caring. I can’t speak highly enough of the doctor and dental hygienist I saw - they helped me through what was one of the most painful experiences of my life. I would absolutely recommend this location for any of your dental needs based on this one experience alone.
The staff is incredible. I have serious fears around the dentist but the people here make sure I’m feeling safe and comfortable every single time. Love Dr. Terri, he’s a fantastic dentist that always puts me at ease and gives the best care. Thank you for being an amazing place!
My wife sees Dr. Miskulin and I see Dr. Reich. We have had cleanings, cavities, crowns. They are up-to-date and skillful. Excellent bedside manners. Most painless shot I ever got!
The best dentistry in the Chippewa Valley community based on my personal experiences is Oakwood Hills Family Dental. Everything ranging from regular cleanings to receiving personal assistance with teeth whitening has been top tier for the service I have received, and for that I am so grateful! I have received quality care from nearly everyone on the staff during my time as a patient there, and Dr. Nick is an incredible dentist. I take every opportunity I get to recommend Oakwood Hills to people within my community or even when I am out of town in Minnesota to spread the word since I know personally how much Dr. Nick has positively elevated my life through their practice!
THEE best dental experience I've had. After four years of trying to resolve a denture problem with the same dentistry, I gave up and tried a new dentist. Dr. Nick and the staff of amazing hygienists and receptionists helped resolve my issue in 3 months. Pleasant demeanors all around, easy phone calls and appointment setups, plus complete honesty about price and procedures. If I wasn't so adverse to change and a little less lazy, I'd have found this amazing crew earlier! Highly recommended to anyone in need of dental work. BIG thanks!
