I am a new patient, and just let me tell you! These people are amazing! They are such a breath of fresh air! From the receptionist Dillon to the Dentist Dr. Andrew's, and Krista, Tabitha and anyone I forgot to mention. The care I received is top notch! I would highly recommend!
They set me up with an emergency appointment because I'm in intense pain due to infection, then turned me away at the desk because they could not find my member ID #. Only tried to call me one time before I arrived and did not send an email or text although I did get the appt confirmation text. I offered to jump online and get the member ID # but they said it will take at least 24 hours to verify it. I've got a fever, I'm in intense pain, and I haven't slept for 2 nights. I though relief was coming, but no... Just know this clinic is NOT going to go to any extra trouble for you. I went to Perkins Dental Group on a friend's recommendation and they DID go to the trouble to help me.
The dentist is very kind. The hygienists are all sweet and understanding. They have been happy to take the time to educate me when I ask questions, and never put you down.
Lovely group of people working at Ocean Dental. My son is very energetic and impulsive but he was so comfortable with the. The hygienist that cleaned his teeth was patient, helpful, informative and nonjudgmental. 🩷
My wife took my sons to get a check up and braces referral. They were rude to my wife. Didn’t bother checking the medical folder when word vomiting to my wife about my son not losing all his baby teeth until he’s 13. Called him 11. All while holding his info folder that has him listed as 13. We are searching for a new family dentistry. The front desk ladies have a serious attitude problem. Surprised the owner hasn’t fired both of them yet.
