I had my first appointment with Odyssey Dental today, and I was not disappointed! The staff was so warm and welcoming, it felt like I had been coming there for years! Dr. Sekandari was fabulous! She was incredibly thorough and spent a great deal of time with me, asking a lot of questions about my health and current medication. She took her time during my cleaning - she got in to every nook and cranny there was! She was very kind and periodically checked to make sure that I was comfortable and wasn't feeling any pain or discomfort during the process. She gave me a mirror so that she could show me how to floss better for optimal results. While she was polishing my teeth, she saw that she had missed a spot while doing my cleaning and tartar removal, and actually stopped polishing and went back to take care of that before resuming! I have never had that thorough of a cleaning, and I thanked her for doing so! She gave me some recommendations on further treatment for some high recession areas, which I really appreciated. There was no up-selling and I felt no pressure to schedule these services. When I checked out and made my next 6 month appointment, the lovely receptionist gave me the print-out for my treatment plan - I was very pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was going to be! I was very happy with my first visit and will be a returning patient and have already recommended Odyssey Dental to a co-worker! Thank you Dr. Sekandari and ALL the staff, I just found my new dental office!!!!!!
I was concerned about having my tooth pulled especially at my age and if it would be painful and lengthy. I had a long talk with Dr S. He was patient and he was great with the needle and the procedure was quick and smooth . They made it less stressful . Very professional. Really like them.
I've had my first cleaning and two fillings done here so far. Both appointments have been pleasant experiences with compassionate, kind and gentle care from all the staff. I'm a person that has a lot of anxiety around dental procedures so this is really appreciated. I'll definitely be continuing to get my teeth worked on at Odyssey Dental. 🥰👍
My Mom and I have been going to Odyssey Dental for several years now and we would recommend them. Dr. Sekandari has been very good and I trust her not to recommend things we don't need, and we have had good dental hygienists who take good care of our teeth.
Odyssey dental is a wonderful facility, from the receptionist, hygienist and the doctor. Highly recommend. Greeted with a pleasant smile and the whole experience is amazing.
