I had a great experience at Off the Trace Dental. When I arrived, the staff gave me a welcoming walk-through of the office, which made me feel comfortable right away. They took my vitals before the appointment and explained each step of the process. The dentist was very thorough during the exam and took the time to make sure everything was carefully checked. Overall, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, and the visit felt very organized and patient-focused. I would recommend coming to this dentist.

Wonderful dentistry and staff! I appreciate the care I received from my first phone call to setup my appointment all the way up until I left after my cleaning. The cleanliness of the office nearly had me in tears, as a literal germophobe, i couldn't find anything alarming, every surface was spotless. This is my first dentist experience where I left actually understanding where I was with my dental health. Shout out to Pan and Priscilla - my first experience was one for the books!
There truly is a family atmosphere in the office. Dr. Daigle takes a little time for general conversation to make you feel at ease about being in a dental office. The dental equipment and tools are very modern, which gives you very clear pictures and Xrays. The doctor is very passionate about her care for your dental health. She explains in detail what is going on within the visit and what can be done to correct your dental issues or concerns. If you don't have insurance, they have an in-house plan that is pretty affordable. This was one of the initial reasons for my visit.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, and the office itself was super clean, modern, and welcoming. They even gave me a tour (great by the way), which really helped me feel at ease and confident about the care I’d be receiving. The entire experience from check-in to the end of my appointment, was smooth and enjoyable. You can tell everyone & Dr. Daigle truly cares about their patients. Dr. Daigle had such a great, awesome personality — very friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for top-quality care and a friendly atmosphere!
