My husband had a bad tooth that he needed removed and they worked so well at getting him taken care of, all the other dentist said he would have to wait till next week. While my husband was in I was asking questions and they decided to get me in right then as well. I will 100% be making this my family dentist, they are very kind people who work here.
I had going here for at least 10 years Now but I will not anymore. The business has alot of kid's running around who might be out of there teen's. Last month and this month both times i went there was a girl there who swear was trying to waterboard me both time's. I couldn't breathe because there was always water in the back of my throat. Both times I had to either cough it out or spit it out right in the middle of them filling a cavity not fun ! And I get looked at like I did something wrong I don't think so! Get real trained adults to do the work. In time if more incidents happen more people will not only voice themselves right to you they'll Walk out and never comeback again.
They charge an ridiculous $50 cancelation fee and they actually charge an $8 release fee for your records and x-rays that you have already paid for. Any way to make a buck off you they will. I had a root canal done by the dentist and it still hurts to this day. The dental hygenist was nice, the office staff are very dull and not very friendly. I will not go back.
My family has seen Dr. Joe for 8 years. The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is clean. They are great with kids too- our son has gone to the office since he was 3.
