What a first class experience. I was referred to OMSNashville by my dentist Dr. Chris Webber feom Franklin Smiles because I needed a tooth pulled. Let's be honest, I was nervous! But from the moment I walked in the ladies at the front desk put me at ease. Then I met Conner who took me back and he was amazing! He could tell I was uncomfortable and he took the time to not only calm me down, but answer EVERY question I had. But when Dr. Mort came in I knew I was in good hands. We talked about the different options for bone grafting and all the things I would need after my surgery. I asked him about many different options and he was so patient and really took the time to answer. Once the surgery started he continued to reassure me and let me know where we were along the way. I just felt like they cared about every aspect of my visit. Thank you Dr. Mort and tour entire staff for taking such good care of me and should I ever need anything else I won't hesitate. Dr. Mort and his entire staff are just amazing. It was truly a FLAWLESS experience. From front office management to the wisdom tooth extraction and all post op details and communication, it was 10/10. Office is beautiful, equipment looks state of the art, best in class in Tennessee. Highly recommend!
Front office Staff was very polite without being over bearing. The clinician was very professional and made me feel at ease enough that he could have been taking out the wrong tooth and I would have gone alone with it. Seriously, he walked me through what he was doing and While each procedure was unique in itself, I feel that he completed each task judiciously and meticulously.
I am so blessed to have been transferred to their office for an extraction. They worked me into their already busy schedule at 9am on a Friday. Cherry was kind and did a wonderful job of communicating their process and costs before starting work. Dr. Bailey worked smooth and fast. Just an amazing experience.
Dr. Bailey and Alex C took excellent care of my daughter before and after her wisdom teeth were extracted. She was terrified of the IV. They gently calmed her fears and mine as well. Alex C thoroughly explained post op care and Dr. Bailey called afterward leaving me with no questions on how to care for her. The entire process went exactly according to plan.
