TERRIBLE dental office and after looking at the other reviews i’m not surprised..they DO just want ur money. went in for an appointment last year to get my wisdom teeth removed, they said my insurance doesn’t cover anesthesia and it’d be $500 to put me to sleep. obviously i said no thanks and didn’t go back or make another appointment. and i know this for a fact because i am terrified of dentist and getting 4 teeth removed awake was just not possible for me. especially since i didn’t even have any pain at the time it didn’t seem worth it. however i just called again recently cuz now one of those teeth has been hurting and i decided to just muster up the courage to get it removed awake. when i called they said they can’t schedule me an appointment cuz i didn’t show up to my other ones? after i told them that i never even made another appointment because i didn’t have the $500 for the anesthesia, all of a sudden they said my insurance covers it?!?! and they said it was covered last year too when i went?!?!? but I REMEMBER VERYYY WELL that when i was sitting in that chair last year, a dentist (i don’t remember his name cuz i only saw him that one time but he had black hair, average weight/height, possibly hispanic), along with several other dental assistants told me it’d be $500 to put me to sleep. some of the assistants even tried to make me feel better by telling me it won’t hurt and i shouldn’t stress, and i’d get some medication for nerves/pain. because they literally saw how worried i got once they said $500. so i wouldn’t just make it up out of nowhere but they kept insisting that im wrong? why would i say that? for what reason? i wanted the anesthesia so bad but as soon as they said $500 i didn’t even think about it. so im not sure why they think im just making this up, UNLESS they were just tryna get $500 out of me. which is exactly what they were tryna do. i even told the lady over the phone to go get the dentist and let me talk to him cuz i know im not lying, she said she’d talk to him and call me back. guess what? NEVER called me back. hmm wonder why? called another oral surgeon right after, got everything booked in a few minutes with everything covered INCLUDING anesthesia. go somewhere else yall!
Do NOT go here! These people look for any excuse to charge you out of pocket regardless of health insurance!! My daughter had an impacted tooth removed and was scheduled for wisdom teeth removal. We had our consultation appointment, surgeon had access to her xray and CT (I had to pay for by the way) (which I had told the facility she had just had one I’m sure I can request the video from her previous doctor but they “needed to do their own”) and decided to do all 3 at one time to avoid sedation in the future. Well day of surgery he decides to hold off on wisdom teeth removal, mind you I received a letter in the mail from my insurance that he had already requested approval for the treatment. They charged me $150 to send a prescription for Xanax to the pharmacy, mind you I had to pay for the medication at the pharmacy ontop of the $150!!! Which they had to send all her antibiotics and pain medication to the pharmacy either way. They also charge you for Exparel for each injection ontop of sedation ontop of “numbing medication”. Aside from insurance I ended up having to pay an additional $1300 which is ridiculous.
I was very nervous about having to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed, but this office made me feel very comfortable about the surgery. The doctor and Valerie took great care of me and my healing process was very easy and quick! I highly recommend coming here as they were the best.
The best experience. The doctor was fantastic, and the staff was excellent. I felt no pain afterward, and my recovery went smoothly. I highly recommend them.
Everything was awesome here! They treated me so well and staff was very nice and welcoming. The injection helped a lot as I had no pain after the procedure. Definitely recommend.
